One time I heard this metallica song I really liked that was just cellos I think, anybody know the name?

i believe metallica did an album with a backing orchestra. might be from that.

listening to stuff from it on youtube, and it sounds about the same as your average 'epic' metal band these days that gothy people listen to.

yeah, metallica did a live album with s&m. it's either that or apocalyptica, a mostly cello group that covers metallica a lot.
